Captain Jamie Heaslip, Rob Kearney, Devin Toner, Mike McCarthy, Jack McGrath and Ian Madigan have been drafted into the starting XV to take on the Scarlets tomorrow (kick-off 2.40pm).

Heaslip returns for the first home games of the year, Rob Kearney returns at full-back with Zane Kirchner moving to the wing while Devin Toner and Mike McCarthy will renew their partnership in the second row.

Brendan Macken starts at outside centre with Ian Madigan selected at inside. Madigan came on at inside centre for Noel Reid after only 40 seconds of last week's game against Glasgow. Matt O'Connor confirmed yesterday that Reid's ankle injury is not as bad as first expected and expects him to be back within a number of weeks rather than months.

Isaac Boss, who made his 100th appearance for Leinster last weekend, starts again at nine with Jimmy Gopperth selected as his half back partner.

After his try scoring performance off the bench last week Jack McGrath starts at loose head with Mike Ross on the other side of the front row. Sean Cronin starts at hooker.

Toner and McCarthy are in the second row, while in the back row, Dominic Ryan, Shane Jennings and Jamie Heaslip complete the pack.

Leinster team to face Scarlets: (15-9) Rob Kearney, Zane Kirchner, Brendan Macken, Ian Madigan, Darragh Fanning, Jimmy Gopperth, Isaac Boss; (1-8) Jack McGrath, Sean Cronin, Mike Ross, Devin Toner, Mike McCarthy, Dominic Ryan, Shane Jennings, Jamie Heaslip (c).

Replacements: (16-23) Bryan Byrne, Cian Healy, Tadhg Furlong, Ben Marshall, Kevin McLaughlin, Eoin Reddan, Steve Crosbie, Mick McGrath.
