Eoin Reddan v Ruan Pienaar

Both players have emerged through a fog of fitness concerns, although the Springbok's would appear to be of more concern given his absence with shoulder trouble since his side's Heineken Cup exit in early April.

Reddan will seek to up the tempo at every opportunity; in the best possible taste, he is a one-paced player – it's just that the pace is very, very quick. Leinster have consistently lacked his speedy response this season.

Pienaar can mix it up, at times deploying himself as a quasi out-half, too. Few expect him to reach the heights he managed when virtually beating Leicester in Welford Road on his own.

If he is near his best, though, it means Ulster are in with more than a shout. Expect a flying back-row to test his shoulder in, oh, the first few seconds or so.
