INJURED full-back Rob Kearney says he is deeply frustrated by his contract negotiations, which have been on-going since October and are "quite far off" resolution, WRITES HUGH FARRELLY.
"It's in negotiations," Kearney told Newstalk. "It's up in four months' time, we've been in talks since October, it's moving really slowly and we're quite far off reaching an agreement.
"There's no doubt in my mind where I want to play my rugby, it's always been here.
"Leinster are really moving up the ranks at the moment, it's a brilliant place to play. it's a no-brainer for me and hopefully we can reach an agreement.
"It's really frustrating and it's not helping at all that you're injured too, because you're thinking about it.
"All my energy is geared towards getting back on the field and having something like this hanging over you is not ideal."
