1. What boots do you wear? Adidas Predators.

2. What's your pre-training routine?

Stretch and crack my back.

3. You're in charge of the after-match tunes, what goes on first?

50 Cent.

4. Imagine a world that you're not a rugby player - what's your job?

Mechanical engineer.

5. Stranded on a desert island, what three things do you take?

'Game of Thrones' boxset, a lighter to start a fire and sunglasses.

6. Which team-mate would you want with you on the island and why?

Michael Milne. He's good craic. I'm not sure if he'd bring much else to the party.

7. What was your favourite book as a child?

Cherub series by Robert Muchamore.

8. What's your first sporting memory as a player or spectator and what do you remember from it?

I went to see Ireland v Fiji in Lansdowne Road and I remember seeing the Fijian war dance before the game. That stands out in my mind.

9. You have one moment from your career to do over. What is it?

The Leinster Schools Senior Cup when I was in sixth year and lost to Belvo in the semi.

10. What rugby skill would you most like to possess?

Goal kicking.

11. Favourite boxset/TV series?

'Game of Thrones'. Hence bringing it onto the island with me!

12. What current player in your position do you most admire?

Michael Hooper.

13. Who has been the biggest influence on your rugby career and why?

Andy Skehan, he's acted as a mentor for me since I was about 15 and has helped me get over tough defeats and develop well as a person and player.

14 What was your first car?

Hyundai i20.

15. What sporting event makes your bucket list and why?

The Rugby World Cup - just the hype around it.

16. One minute to go in the Champions Cup final, you're three points down and you have a penalty in front of the posts… what do you do?

Take the points.

17. What was the last concert you went to?

I've never been to a concert.

18. Tell us something interesting about yourself.

I am able to play the ukulele.

19. What's your own best memory playing rugby?

I captained Ireland at U-18 Schools level and that was a huge honour. We beat Wales in one really close game. I've been lucky making my Leinster debut over the last year and then obviously being part of the Ireland U-20s squad this year that won the Grand Slam.

20. Who'll win the Gallagher Premiership in England and the Top 14 in France?

Exeter and Racing 92.
