Robbie Henshaw was Ireland's top tackler in the victorious 2015 Six Nations campaign, so when the Connacht star gives a tackling masterclass, it is worth noting.
The young centre made a whopping 63 tackles during his debut campaign, more than any of his international team-mates, and has become an expert at the chop tackle.
The 21-year-old demonstrated how it is done.
“The chop tackle has been the topic of much debate," the Life Style Sports ambassador says. "It is an effective way of defending against big opponents and reduces the risk of getting swatted away.
Line speed is key to shutting down an opponent’s attack. Both are primary turnover tools.”
