Trevor Brennan's son, Daniel, called into France U20 squad
Daniel Brennan, the son of former Ireland lock Trevor Brennan, has been called into the France U20 squad for the upcoming World Rugby U20 Championship in Georgia later this month.
Brennan, who has been capped already at both U17 and U18 level , was named in the France U20's squad for the U20 Six Nations this year, although he failed to see any gametime as France finished second behind championship winners England.
The 125kg prop signed a two-year espoirs contract with Top 14 side Toulouse last summer, after making his debut for the U17 side against the USA in 2015 before going on to captain France to a 28-26 win over England.
Brennan Sr., now 43, was capped 12 times by Ireland between 1998 and 2001 and has been based in France since 2002, where he helped Toulouse to two Heineken Cups during his five-year stint with the club between 2002 and 2007.
