Gum shields. Two. Just in case.

2. Who sits beside you in the dressing-room?

Roman Salanoa and it's not great to be honest. He takes up two seats.

A farmer.

5. Best advice you ever got?

Never forget how lucky you are.

6. Worst advice you ever got?

You should try playing full-back.

7. What is your phone screensaver at the moment?

My college timetable. It's the only way I'll remember it!

1. The weather in Blackrock 2. Electric scooters Ireland 3. Ireland v Italy tickets.

9. You can be another sportsperson in the world, in any sport and for one event . . . who are you and what is the event?

Easy. A Kildare senior hurler in an All-Ireland hurling final.

10. What is your favourite sandwich filling?

Chicken tikka with sweetcorn and cheese. Has to be toasted, obviously.

11. What was the last thing you bought?

Food for the house.

12. If money was no object, who do you sign for Leinster Rugby and why?

Cheslin Kolbe. For his footwork, speed and work-rate. A phenomenal athlete.

13. What is your favourite piece of rugby memorabilia?

Probably my Irish U-18 Clubs cap. Proud moment representing my family but also my club Athy RFC.

14. Favourite away ground to have played at?

Parc y Scarlets. Class surface to play on when the weather is good.

15. What is the one staple item that all men should own and why?

A crisp white shirt. Will always come in handy.

17. What was the last holiday you went on?

My last proper holiday was last summer with the family to Rosslare in Wexford.

Book. You don't have to worry about breaking the screen.

19. What's your own best memory playing rugby?

Winning the Grand Slam with the Irish U-20s last season.

20. Which young player should fans be looking out for this season and why?

Liam Turner. A very exciting player to play with and to watch playing. He's playing a bit with the Ireland Sevens team at the moment and doing really well there.
