Henry doubtful for clash with Canada

CHRIS HENRY is Ireland's main injury worry ahead of Saturday's meeting with Canada after suffering a deep wound above his eye.

The Ulster openside will sit out training early this week, while Robbie Henshaw (stinger), Fergus McFadden (jarred neck, stitches) and Peter O'Mahony (bruised elbow) will all be monitored after a tough outing against the USA.

Canada beat Tonga 36-27 in a bad-tempered encounter on Saturday and come into next weekend's match on a three-game winning streak. They are without Clermont's Jamie Cudmore, however.

CLARKE SHUFFLES DECK

ALLEN CLARKE has made six changes to the team that beat hosts Georgia for Emerging Ireland's second Tbilisi Cup clash against the South African President's XV.

Having lost Ulster lock Lewis Stevenson to illness, Munster's Dave O'Callaghan has been drafted into the squad and he goes straight on to the bench.

Leinster's Noel Reid and Brendan Macken partner up in the midfield for the first time, while John Cooney starts at scrum-half. Niall Annett replaces fellow Ulsterman Rob Herring, while Ian Nagle comes into the second-row and Jordi Murphy starts at openside.
