Hanrahan seals Bohs triumph

Young Munster 0 UL Bohemian 6 AIL DIVISION 1A

A penalty in each half was enough for UL Bohemian to pick up a crucial victory over local rivals Young Munster at Tom Clifford Park.

UL Bohs took an early lead thanks to a fine kick from full-back Ben Martin. Young Munster were lucky to go into the break just three points down.

An early yellow card in the second period to Young Munster's Alan Cotter worsened the home side's disjointed performance.

Martin missed a kick from straight in front of the posts after the referee controversially over-ruled both touch judges.

The miss wasn't to prove costly, however, as five minutes later JJ Hanrahan was on hand to seal the win.
