Quinlan has dislocated elbow

MUNSTER coach Tony McGahan faces some back-row injury headaches after it was confirmed yesterday that Alan Quinlan will be out for "several weeks" after dislocating an elbow against Connacht.

James Coughlan is also in sick bay after being forced to come off during the Heineken Cup defeat by Ospreys with a cracked cheekbone. Both players are expected to miss Munster's must-win showdown with Toulon.

McGahan can still call on the likes of Niall Ronan, David Wallace and Denis Leamy, but can ill-afford another injury in that department in the New Year's Day Magners League clash with Ulster.
