Giteau's return a massive boost for Wallabies
We will get a fair barometer of the intensity which will be required for the World Cup when we watch Australia and New Zealand battle it out this morning in the Rugby Championship.
They are about three-quarters of the way through their season and will be operating at a higher level of intensity than we will see in the Millennium Stadium this afternoon.
I think one of the most interesting things about the game will be the change in Australia's eligibility rules which sees Matt Giteau and Drew Mitchell return.
I think Giteau can really give the Wallabies an edge, not just today but in the World Cup, given what he has been doing for Toulon and it really is a smart bit of business to get himself and Mitchell back in the fold.
The All Blacks will be expected to continue their dominance but this is an opportunity for Michael Cheika to show the Aussies have made real progress since he took charge.
