Connacht prop Conor Carey has emerged as a target for English Premiership side Worcester Warriors.

The English-born former Ireland U-20 international who grew up in Belfast joined the western province in 2016 and has played 43 times for the club.

He has been an impressive part of Andy Friend's outfit this season, but after failing to earn any international recognition he may be tempted by the lure of a move to the English side.

Connacht confirmed the departure of winger Cian Kelleher this week and he is expected to join Leinster, but they have retained the services of Ultan Dillane and Jack Carty.

Meanwhile, Munster forward Dave O'Callaghan is poised to join French outfit Biarritz next season.
