Players get kitted out with new suits
Former Connacht star Gavin Duffy - now the province's business development executive - is delighted that Anthony Ryan's Menswear has become the official formal wear supplier to the senior squad.
In a new two-year deal, the renowned family-run Galway shop will provide the after-match formal clothing to Connacht Rugby and its players.
Duffy, who played ten times for Ireland, is happy his former Connacht team-mates will be supported by a local supplier this season as they look to move back into Europe's top tier.
"We're delighted to have such a well-known and local brand on board as official formal wear supplier this season," he said.
"The suits they have provided and tailored for all our players are fantastic and I have to say the boys look really smart. They can't wait to wear them after the games."
Connacht began their 2015-16 Pro12 campaign with an impressive 29-23 win over Dragons at the Sportsground last Friday night.
And they travel to take on reigning champions Glasgow Warriors at Scotstoun this evening in another massive encounter for the province, before a two-week break for the World Cup.
Glasgow lost surprisingly, 16-10, at home to Scarlets last time out and with several internationals missing, coach Pat Lam will hope Connacht can pile on the misery for the Scots.
Connacht will take part in the Challenge Cup again this year after they fell to defeat against Gloucester in the play-off last term, but they are gunning for qualification to the Champions Cup this season.
