There is a bumper weekend of interprovincial age-group action in store as the Connacht U-18 Clubs, U-19s and U-20s all begin their championship campaigns.

Meanwhile, the senior women complete their Inter-pro campaign, away to Ulster.

The Connacht U-18s also face a trip up north to take on their Ulster counterparts tomorrow at Rainey RFC.

The U-18s will travel in good confidence having completed a successful trip to the UK earlier in the summer where they defeated the Exiles and Pembrokeshire under the guidance of new head coach Lyndon Jones.

In fact, all four representative sides are on the road.

The Connacht U-19s and U-20s both face difficult trips to face Leinster to begin their campaigns.

Head coach Eamonn Molloy will oversee his U-19s' kick-off at 5.0 in Donnybrook tomorrow.

U-20s coach Mossy Lawler will have to prepare his side for a Friday night kick off at the same venue tonight.

Ulster Women v Connacht Women (3.0)

Ulster U-18s v Connacht U-18s (1.0, Rainey)
