Hard to believe that Robbie is still only 21!

Robbie Henshaw is continuing to look the real deal for Connacht and Ireland and I was delighted to see him get a try and man of the match against England.

He is only 21 and is going to be around for a long time. It's like breaking the four-minute mile - once one person does it more will follow in his lead.

He has led the way for Connacht for a couple of years now and with the recognition he is getting on the national scene younger guys will start thinking they can do it in the province.

That will feed through the systems and we will start to see more players from Connacht mirroring the achievement of Robbie and Eric Elwood before him.

Robbie has all the right attributes to go a long way in the game and I think his humility could be his biggest asset.

He's a nice guy, so he will listen when he is given advice - that means he will just keep on improving and who knows how good he can get.

He has all the physical attributes as well, he is big, is confrontational and likes the big hits so I just hope injury stays away and we can see him reach his full potential.
