The remaining tickets for Connacht's home interpro games this Christmas are up for grabs, but time is running out for supporters to get the hot tickets.

The addition of temporary terracing was required to meet the high level of ticket demand for the derby games over the Christmas and New Year period, with the total capacity now in excess of 8,000 spectators.

Connacht take on Ulster next Friday, December 28 at 7.35pm and Munster on Saturday, January 5, also kicking off at 7.35pm.

"There is always a high demand for tickets for the interprovincial games and another surge for the Christmas fixtures so when the two events coincide we need to increase capacity to meet that demand," said Connacht's Communications Manager, Brendan Loughnane.

"With Clan Stand and Main Stand Tickets already sold out for both fixtures, we are installing additional terracing at the College Road and Bohermore ends."

Tickets can be purchased for both games via, while a three-match pack is also available on the website.

The province have also started ticket sales for their upcoming games against Cheetahs (February 16) and Ospreys (March 2).
