Connacht Club and Community Rugby Officer Conor Galvin held a workshop with the underage coaches of Corinthians RFC last week.

The session took place on Wednesday as eight coaches from the club's U-14, U-15, U-16 and U-17 teams were shown new training drills with the Corinthians U-14s helping out.

The focus of the workshop was to introduce enjoyable drills for reduced size games (6 v 6, etc.) in training sessions with an emphasis on the improvement of the basic skills.

Connacht Rugby would like to thank all of the coaches for participating in the session with further workshops planned before the end of the season.
