Buccaneers will look to finish off this block in the All-Ireland League Division 1B with a win at home to Ballymena at Dubarry Park tomorrow.

Dean McMahon's first-half try wasn't enough last weekend when Old Belvedere came back to secure a narrow 11-10 win at Anglesea Road and inflict a sixth defeat in eight games on Buccs.

Galwegians are bottom of Division 2A and really need to win at home to Nenagh Ormond at Crowley Park on Saturday.

Galwegians are 11 points adrift of their opponents in the standings.

In Division 2B Sligo are level on points with Corinthians after their 19-17 win at Corinthian Park last weekend. Corinthians go to Wanderers in Round 9, Sligo are at home to Belfast Harlequins.

Ballina continue to lead the way in Division 2C and they are away to City of Derry tomorrow.
