Wasps have a 23-6 lead to defend in the second half of their Champions Cup clash with Leinster after Ireland international Dave Kearney was the victim of an awful slice of misfortune.

Playing into the breeze, Leinster were trailing 9-6 and in a manageable position when Kearney allowed a clearance kick to bounce erratically and Christain Wade slipped in for the try.

Wasps led 16-6 at the break and have added a second try through Joe Simpson to give them a 17-point lead.
