Leinster have not registered James Lowe for their Champions Cup clash at Exeter Chiefs on Sunday.

The left wing had a sensational debut in nabbing two tries against Benetton Treviso in the PRO14 League at the weekend, winning Man of the Match after his scintillating performance.

It was presumed the ‘project player’ would be registered ahead of the deadline at noon today, however, coach Leo Cullen has taken the decision to not fix what isn’t broke in light of Leinster’s ten points from the opening two rounds in Europe.

Under competition rules, Leinster have just three more registrations left - one of those has to be in the front row - at their disposal for the last four rounds of the pool phase.

Cullen obviously feels there are enough options for both wings as club captain Isa Nacewa, Dave Kearney, Fergus McFadden, Rory O’Loughlin and Jordan Larmour are all in contention for the squad.
