Jamie Heaslip is unlikely to figure for Leinster in their Heineken Cup clash against Saracens at the RDS this Saturday as he continues to struggle with ankle problems.
Heaslip alerted fans yesterday by tweeting that there would be "no weekend for me" but Joe Schmidt's side will have a ready-made replacement in Sean O'Brien.
Schmidt had declared on Monday that all his big guns would be fit for selection. But given that Heaslip has aggravated the same ankle twice in a month, Schmidt was probably erring on the side of caution ahead of his team selection tomorrow.
O'Brien -- yesterday named the Leinster supporters' player of the month for December -- has insisted his side would not be physically intimidated by their English rivals.
"They're going to come over here and try to beat us up, so we're going to have to have our minds right and stick to the game plan," he said.
