Golden chance to be an All Black for day

ADIDAS and Elverys Sports are offering young rugby fans the opportunity to experience what it is like to be an All Black with a special competition ahead of New Zealand's clash with Ireland on November 20.

Five youngsters (aged between 10 and 12) will be selected to spend an entire day in the company of Dan Carter, Richie McCaw and the full All Blacks team, watching them training, joining them for lunch and even being part of a gym workout with some of the players.

To enter the competition, prize winners will need to convince the judge -- former All Black and current Munster ace Doug Howlett -- why they should get to spend the day with his old team-mates.

Details are available at and entries must be less than 100 words and state the entrant's name, DOB, county and contact number. Parental approval is required.

The closing deadline for entry is Wednesday, November 10.
