Ronaldo leads the way in tributes to Portuguese legend Eusebio
Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has led the way in paying tribute to his fellow countryman Eusebio who has died at the age of 71.
Known as the Black Panther, he finished as top scorer at the 1966 World Cup where Portugal finished in third place and will be remembered as one of the finest strikers of all-time.
Ronaldo who has arguably become Portugal’s most talented and decorated player since Eusebio was one of many figures from within the game to pay tribute on Twitter to the former Benfica forward.
