American goalkeeper Hope Solo was taunted with chants of "Zika, Zika" during the USA's clash with New Zealand last night.

Before travelling to Rio, Solo had tweeted a photo of herself wearing a hat with mosquito netting, as well as pictures of all the mosquito repellent she was packing.

She had apologised after arriving in Brazil, blaming the American media for whipping up fear about Zika.
