Irish modern pentathlete Arthur Lanigan-O'Keeffe has given us an entertaining glimpse of the amount of calories he needs to consume on a daily basis while training.

Lanigan-O'Keeffe, who represented Ireland at the London and Rio Olympics, claimed his first World Cup gold medal in Bulgaria in May and was ninth in the European Championships in July.

The 26-year-old, who is also a very talented videographer, gave us an insight into his training and eating regimes by showing us what he eats and how often he trains day-to-day.

He and his partner and fellow modern pentathlete Natalya Coyle, who earned silver at the European championships alongside Eilidh Prise and Sive Brassil, are very keen social media users.
