‘I didn’t want to bankrupt the family just to do a year’s racing’ – Keith Donegan’s new kids on the grid are causing a stir

Keith Donegan is from Navan and is just 26 years old. He owns his own motorsport team, in the Formula Regional Championship, a few rungs below Formula 1. Sometimes he wonders if he’s bitten off more than he can chew, other times he thinks he can accomplish a lot more. Mostly, though, he’s just dealing with the day-to-day challenges of running a business in Co Meath and an elite motor racing team in northern Italy.
