Do the double

DESPITE a seven-point loss to Tipperary in the Munster final, I believe that Waterford are still a force to be reckoned with in the All-Ireland hurling championship. Cork had a few scares against Offaly and I reckon tomorrow's qualifier will be a lot closer than the bookies' odds suggest. Exclude the draw and back the Deise to progress at 6/4.

At 3/1, Kimberella's odds are on the generous side for the NSPCC Irish Stallion Farms EBF Conditions Stakes at Newmarket (4.35). The selection has proved reliable to follow. He should have won a class two handicap last time and traded as low as 1/50 in-running, but an extra furlong on heavy ground found him out and he finished third. The step down to six furlongs should see him back to winning ways.
