IBA lifts threat to sanction boxers taking part in European qualifying tournament for Paris Olympics

IN a significant climbdown the International Boxing Association has lifted its threat to sanction boxers, referees, judges, technical officials, and coaches who participate in next month’s European Olympic qualifier in Poland.
