THE honours keep rolling in for the Irish rugby team following their successful Six Nations championship under new coach Joe Schmidt.

Members of the squad enjoyed the Belfast sunshine as they were hosted at Stormont by leaders of the Northern Assembly.

Captain Paul O'Connell chatted with First Minister Peter Robinson and Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness as he brought the trophy out for the day. He was joined by retiring hero Brian O'Driscoll and other members of the squad who secured the title in thrilling fashion in Paris last March.
