There were 40 thoroughbred horses running in yesterday's Aintree Grand National - but it only took one show pony to steal all the attention.

MMA star Conor McGregor arrived in typically theatrical style, sweeping up to the Liverpool racecourse with his feet perched out of the window of his Rolls-Royce.

The global superstar and dad-to-be stepped out in a printed Louis Vuitton shirt, fully open to show off his bare chiselled chest and eye-catching tattoos - the elaborate design featuring what else, but his own name.

The star is in the mood to celebrate as he awaits the birth of his first child - a son. In recent days, he made sure no expense was spared for leading lady and long-term love Dee Devlin, throwing her the ultimate baby shower complete with live music, mocktails, delicious seafood and stunning views of Howth.
