Manuel Pellegrini says he loves the pressure of managing 'Manchester United'
Cup finals are always emotional occasions and winning a trophy can cause even the calmest of professionals to lose their composure.
But if there's one thing Manuel Pellegrini should probably avoid doing, it's getting his team muddled up with their arch-rivals.
Speaking to the BBC following Manchester City's 3-1 Capital One Cup final victory over Sunderland at Wembley, Pellegrini was asked about the pressure of managing such a big club.
"I love pressure so to manage a big team as Manchester United and to have options in all the competitions is very good, is very beautiful for all of us."
Pellegrini says he wants to use the Capital One Cup win as a springboard to go on and claim a historic quadruple... he'll just have to hope the City fans don't lynch him first.
