Liverpool monitor Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain as Jurgen Klopp weighs up a bid for the winger
Liverpool are in a good run of form at the moment but it will be interesting to see what Jurgen Klopp can do with the side after a summer transfer window.
The Liverpool manager has yet to put his own stamp on the side, with a number of high-quality players reportedly on the German's shortlist.
An ESPN report states that the Anfield club are keeping tabs on Arsenal winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain as the England international struggles for game time at the Emirates.
The Ox has started just nine league games this season and is currently sidelined with a knee injury. His signing would make sense for Liverpool, who have a number of technically gifted attacking midfielders but few wingers with real pace to fill the void of the departed Raheem Sterling.
Arsenal are planning to start talks with Oxlade-Chamberlain, who has two years left on his contract, about a new deal but Liverpool are apparently on standby if an agreement can't be reached.
