International rugby players have quite a lot of down time, but some of Ireland's brightest stars put it to good use to show their skills with a round ball.

Joe Schmidt's World Cup preparations are in full flow and after defeating Wales in Cardiff last Saturday, turn their attentions to Scotland at the Aviva Stadium this weekend.

The extended squad, which will be whittled down shortly, are currently residing at Carton House in Co. Kildare, and with time on their side, tried a bit of head tennis.

While the quality of the video isn't that great, the skills on show certainly are, with Rob Kearney and Jared Payne among those involved before the ball is finally headed into the bin.
