Sky Sports caused a bit of a stir last week when seasoned presenter Clair Tomlinson made a gaffe when reporting on the All Ireland final.

For the second year running, Sky Sports referred to our September showpieces as the 'All-England' finals and today the clever folk at Sky took advantage of the PR in caused.

You would be forgiven for thinking the Twitter account was in fact hacked. However, sources in Sky have told that it was a ll a a bit of mischief and fun.

There was an even more cringeworthy effort a few years back when Jim White reported on Mayo's victory over New York in the 'Connort' Championship...

It was clear to followers of Sky Sports official GAA account that something was not quite right. I mean, who is Ciarmuid Donnolly?
