Galway hurling star James Skehill undergoes incredible body transformation in 12 weeks
Galway hurler James Skehill has proudly shown off the results of his recent fitness regime, and the results are quite something.
The Cappataggle netminder, who was between the sticks for the 2012 All-Ireland Finals for the Tribesmen as they lost to Kilkenny after a replay, underwent a three-month programme devised by Galway's current number one Colm Callanan.
Callanan is a trainer at Callanan Fitclub in Kinvava and posted the pictures on Twitter and Facebook to illustrate the body transformation.
"Already in very good shape but by his own admission found it hard to make any further improvement despite trying his hand at a few different programs," he wrote on Facebook.
"His bodyfat has dropped further and lean muscle increased."
"Result is he is WAY stronger WAY leaner and WAY fitter."
Callanan was part of the Galway side that dismantled Cork in the All-Ireland quarter-final in Thurles last weekend, while Skehill is preparing for the All-Ireland Intermediate Final where the Rebels will also be the opposition.
