Tyrone, Donegal, Louth, London, Kerry and Wicklow all playing hurling at Croke Park on a sunny (hopefully!) Saturday in June -- now that's progress.
In fairness, those who devised and promoted the Ring, Rackard and Meagher Cups to a stage where they have Croke Park to themselves deserve great credit.
It's a huge day out for all six counties and should be an enjoyable occasion for neutrals too.
The great hurling men after whom the cups are named would savour the special occasion.
The winners: Kerry, Donegal, London.
