LONDON, beaten finalists in 2009 and last year, will have the opportunity to make amends after demolishing Fingal in Ruislip on Saturday.
London capitalised on the advantage of a strong breeze to effectively end the game as a contest by half-time. The hosts went in at the break with a 1-22 to 0-2 lead, with the goal coming from Corkman Pat Sloane.
Despite having the wind at their backs in the second half, a deflated Fingal side were unable to reduce the deficit. They did hit the net in the 68th minute when Aodhan McInerney scored from a 21-yard free but it was much too little, too late.
