O'Callaghan keeps cool

CHARLEVILLE CBS will play St Caimin's for a place in the quarter-finals after they prevailed against Cork rivals Colaiste Chriost Ri at Mourneabbey yesterday.

Corner-forward Pat O'Callagahan kept a cool head to provide the crucial points in the closing stages for Charleville, and John Morrissey also weighed in with some vital efforts to shake off their city opponents. Charleville were 1-7 to 2-1 in front at half-time and kept their opponents at arm's length after the break to march on.
