Magee sets up Orchard stroll

Armagh 4-15 Fermanagh 0-11

Armagh ultimately eased their way through to the semi-finals but it wasn't until the second half in Clones that they got on top of a battling Fermanagh.

The Erne men started the better and hit two points through a Francie McBrien free and John Duffy before Armagh opened their account through a Conor Corvan free in the fifth minute.

Armagh took the lead in the 12th minute when Danny Magee flashed a shot to the Fermanagh net and were 2-5 to 0-5 up at the break thanks to a second goal by Tony Duffy in the 28th minute.

Armagh upped the tempo on the resumption and within seven minutes of the restart they had added 1-4 without reply, the goal by Shea Gaffney, to open a 13-point lead, and the result was all but assured.
