Kehoe ends Leitrim resistance

Two second-half goals proved crucial as Fermanagh saw off a spirited Leitrim challenge at Ballinamore.

Leitrim got off to a bright start and led by six points to three after 14 minutes but a straight red card for Zak Moradi proved to be a game-changer.

Sean Corrigan's goal against the run of play in the 29th minute handed Fermanagh the advantage and the home side were unlucky to be behind, 1-6 to 0-7, at half-time.

Two Leitrim points in the opening minutes restored parity but two Fermanagh points followed by a Shea Curran goal in the 48th minute put the visitors in command and a third goal by Karl Kehoe 12 minutes from time sealed the victory.
