Keegan on double to seal Lilywhites advance

KILDARE 3-15 MEATH 0-13

Two early goals paved the way for Kildare's march into the decider.

Full-forward Gerry Keegan struck for the Lilywhites' opening goal on four minutes before Ryan Casey quickly made it 2-1 to 0-2.

Kildare led 2-6 to 0-7 at the break in Trim and Meath were unable to mount a comeback, Keegan scoring his second goal on 52 minutes.
