Eddie Lynam's flyer Sole Power assumes favouritism for Prix de l'Abbaye
Sole Power is the new favourite for the Prix de l'Abbaye at Longchamp on Sunday after Tiggy Wiggy was all but ruled out of a trip to Paris.
The Richard Hannon-trained Tiggy Wiggy was a brilliant winner of Saturday's Cheveley Park Stakes at Newmarket, adding to similarly dominant victories in the Super Sprint at Newbury and in the Lowther Stakes at York.
Although she featured amongst Tuesday's confirmations for the Abbaye, Richard Hannon snr, now assistant to his son, said: "I believe that (Tiggy Wiggy not running on Sunday) is the case.
"I know it is highly unlikely, anyway.
"She came home a little bit tired (from Newmarket), but she's bright this morning."
Muthmir, William Haggas' Portland Handicap winner, does not feature and is instead set to head for a Listed race at Ascot on Saturday.
