Racing: Alan King has said that the Grade Two Adonis Juvenile Hurdle (2.25 Kempton) has been the target for Redicean for quite some time, and the Triumph Hurdle hopeful can reward his trainer with a victory here priced around 4/5. A useful sort on the flat in his time, the four-year-old has won his two starts over hurdles, both at Kempton, and is said to be schooling really well at home.

Sitting in 15th place and now out to 7/2 for relegation, Crystal Palace have a good chance of staying in the Premier League under the guidance of Roy Hodgson, but they've a few tough games ahead and I reckon they'll struggle against fifth-placed Tottenham at Selhurst Park tomorrow afternoon. The visitors have had a couple of shaky FA Cup results lately, but are in form otherwise and haven't lost a match since mid-December. Spurs for the win at 4/7.
