Jessica Harrington has confirmed that Alpha Centauri is highly likely to stay in training as a four-year-old.

The Mastercraftsman filly is the undoubted star of the 2018 Flat season following breathtaking wins in four Group One races, the most recent of which came in the Prix Jacques le Marois at Deauville last Sunday.

Irish Derby winner Latrobe is all set for the Juddmonte International at York next Wednesday, although Joseph O'Brien's shock Classic hero also has the option of the Great Voltigeur Stakes over a mile and a half.

"If he was run on Irish Champions Weekend it would be the Irish Champion Stakes," said O'Brien.

"Obviously being owned by Lloyd and Nick Williams, Australia (Melbourne Cup) is an option as well."

Aidan O'Brien is planning to run 2,000 Guineas winner Saxon Warrior in the Juddmonte on what will be something of a retrieval mission.

His stock has been on the wane since Newmarket, with defeats in the Derby, the Irish Derby and the Eclipse.

French Derby winner Study Of Man returns to action in today's Prix Guillaume d'Ornano at Deauville as he continues his build-up towards a crack at next month's Irish Champion Stakes.
