While only two races were run last Saturday the high-profile Comerford Cakes Puppy Stake and the Gain Christmas Oaks should provide rich entertainment tonight at Shelbourne Park.

Riverside Larry was the sole winner in the Comerford last week and Killer Bee (8.12) can be another for the litter in the second heat this evening. The strong stayer can get the better of Jambo Joy in the closing stages.

Phil Gough's Spoofer (8.27) and Brendan Maunsell's Redzer Ardfert (8.42) can step up on their latest form in the other heats.

Droopys Saga (9.57) was imperious in her 28.08 victory recently and she is made the banker selection in the Gain Oaks heats.

Other fancies in this event are Liam Dowling's bitches Ballymac Arminta (9.12) and Ballymac Trinkle (10.12).

Skywalker Logan and Clonbrien Prince can repeat their powerful first-round performances in the John Slyne Memorial 575 second-round heats at Curraheen Park.
