Cabra Hurricane made a flying comeback from the winter break in the Best Car Parks Gold Cup at Shelbourne Park.

Pat Guilfoyle's dog made the usual fast break and was six clear entering the back straight. He faded a little on the run-in but still had three and a half lengths in hand of Priceless Blake in 28.48.

He was the second Guilfoyle heat winner as Music Toour Ears had earlier led all the way in heat five when beating Dalaman by two lengths in 28.54.

The fastest heat winner was John Linehan's Droopys Alice, which broke fast and led all the way to score in 28.41.

Owen McKenna had a double courtesy of Ghost Dancer in 28.55 and Holycross Lad in 28.76 while the other heat winners were Paul Hennessy's Jaytee Tornado in 28.70 and Noel Devlin's Ross Swift in 28.72.

In a pre-racing trial Magical Bale did a brilliant 18.44 for the 350 yards.
