Sheen Falls opens Nua Vista Restaurant at Ring of Kerry

Nua Vista

Brian Keogh

No excuses are needed for a golfing trip to Co Kerry but on the evidence of the latest images of the new Nua Vista Restaurant at Ring of Kerry Golf Club, we may be heading for the Kingdom sooner rather than later.

The Nua Vista Restaurant and Ring of Kerry Golf Club are now part of the same group that includes Sheen Falls Lodge near Kenmare, Trinity Townhouse in Dublin and Castlemartyr Resort in Cork.

Ring of Kerry Golf Club was recently acquired by Sheen Falls Lodge and the Nua Vista Restaurant overlooking the stunning Kenmare Bay is nestled between the majestic MacGillycuddy Reeks and Caha Mountains.

The menu offers the very best of what the Atlantic and Co Kerry has to offer from the Tuna Niçoise Salad to the Cod Brandade with Garlic Toast and Anchovy Butter or the Wild Mushroom and Truffle Risotto, accompanied by a Parmesan Crisp.

A two-night The Tee Time package at Sheen Falls is now available, offering a spacious room overlooking the water with a full Irish breakfast each morning, dinner on one evening in The Stables Brasserie & Bar plus a round of golf at the Ring of Kerry with a buggy for two. There is a shuttle service to the golf course for €1,100 for two nights based on two people sharing a Classic Room.
