Shannon Airport has again teamed up with the KPMG Women’s Irish Open ahead of its second staging at Dromoland Castle this summer,

The €400,000 Ladies European Tour event takes place at the Co Clare venue from August 31 to September 3 – a week before Rory McIlroy and Co arrive at The K Club for the Horizon Irish Open – setting up an exciting fortnight of top-class golf for Irish fans.

Mary Considine, CEO of The Shannon Airport Group said: “Last year, the KPMG Women’s Irish Open brought a fantastic boost in tourism throughout the course of the competition.

“We are once again delighted to be official partners of this premiere event, which draws global attention to the wonderful offering Clare and the West of Ireland has for overseas visitors, as well as showcasing Ireland as a premiere golfing destination.”

The 2023 KPMG Women’s Irish Open is one of the most anticipated golfing events of the year offering both general admission and hospitality tickets throughout the week.

With limited availability, hospitality tickets are expected to sell quickly under the early-bird price, so interested parties are encouraged to email info@womensirishopen.ie to book early and avoid disappointment.
