Dublin forward Paul Flynn had a day to remember on Sunday against Roscommon as the Fingallians club man tallied a personal haul of 1-6 in his first start of the year for Jim Gavin's side.

The four-time All-Star has been an irregular fixture in Gavin's side so far in the league campaign, however, after Sunday's performance, it's hard to see him not playing a pivotal role in Clones next weekend as Dublin look to extend their unbeaten run to a staggering 36 games when they take on Monaghan.

Flynn had all but locked up the man of the match award by half-time against Roscommon, scoring Dublin's opening goal after 15 minutes, whilst adding another two points from play, in what was Flynn's most prolific day in a Dublin jersey.
