WATCH - John Mullane throws down extremely cheeky challenge to Gráinne Seoige on 'Up For The Match'

Waterford legend John Mullane stole the show on RTE's Up For The Match last night.

The passionate Déise man struggled to contain his excitement ahead of today's All-Ireland decider between his beloved county and Galway.

Mullane was in flying form but early stages of the show was dominated by his pledge to ride a horse naked down the quays in Waterford should Derek McGrath's team emerge victorious.

He turned the tables on Galway native Grainne Seoige, dressed in maroon, by challenging her to do likewise on Eyre Square.

"I can't promise what kind of sight it will be with me coming down (the quays in Waterford) but what would be some sight, if Galway won the All-Ireland... imagine this lady (pointing at Gráinne) riding down Eyre Square naked on a horse," he said.
